Our high-strength and recyclable PP Spunbond fabrics, which we produce in our facilities based in Gaziantep, are among the most preferred products in the packaging sector, from cloth bag manufacturing to garment covers.
Nonwoven bags, which offer a sustainable alternative to plastic bags, are indispensable in the world of retail and corporate promotion due to their durability and reusable structure. With over 20 years of experience, we provide raw materials for the production of custom bags and covers for brands, offering more than 50 color options. The print-friendly texture of our fabrics delivers sharp and long-lasting results for logo and graphic applications.
Nature-friendly, aesthetic, and sturdy — our nonwoven fabrics meet all the needs of the promotional sector.
The demand for nonwoven fabrics in the local Turkish market has gained momentum with legal restrictions on plastic usage. Our PP Spunbond fabrics are much more resistant than plastic alternatives, can be used repeatedly, and can be recycled at the end of their lifecycle.
Beyond bags, our nonwoven products protect clothes from dust and moisture in garment covers, while creating hygienic and stylish alternatives for tablecloths and placemats. They are also frequently preferred as disposable covers at fairs and special events.
With our 240 cm and 320 cm production lines, we offer uninterrupted supply for wide-format cuts. We develop custom solutions for every project with our variety of grammage, color, and calender patterns.

The 60–90 gsm weight range is commonly used for promotional bags. While 40–60 gsm is sufficient for light-use fair bags, 70–90 gsm weights provide more durable results for heavy-duty shopping bags. For laminated bag applications, the 60–80 gsm range is preferred.
The smooth and homogeneous surface structure of our fabrics is compatible with screen printing, flexo, and digital printing methods. The printing process is usually carried out by the bag manufacturer during the fabric cutting and sewing stage. Clear results are obtained with light-toned prints on dark-colored fabrics, and with the entire color palette on light-colored fabrics.
Yes. Our PP Spunbond fabrics are produced from 100% polypropylene and are recyclable. Compared to single-use plastic bags, they are much longer-lasting and can be used repeatedly. When they reach the end of their life, they can be processed in polypropylene recycling facilities. Additionally, we minimize our carbon footprint by using solar energy in our production process.
